As parts of the country slowly open again, our sales team is strictly following all guidelines outlined by our states and our customers. We are following proper protocols to fully sanitize all demo equipment before and after every use. We have also been shipping masks to clinics and providers, to help them remain safe as they continue to serve as essential workers.
With a new normal before us, our sales team is finding new ways to interact with our customers and those who rely on our products. We’re offering outdoor training, evaluations and in-services, while still adhering to social distancing guidelines.
We are also continuously promoting remote support through Interactive Assist, our diagnostic app, which allows our customers to maintain social distancing while evaluating a client’s chair.
